Hi!  I’m Andrey Bogdanov

Since 2012 my career in real estate has been a wild ride:

  • Fighting for tenants rights as leader of the Isla Vista Tenants Union in Santa Barbara, California,
  • Advising clients in Los Angeles on long-term family portfolio strategies and investment analysis,
  • Working on a house construction site on the coast of Gothenburg, Sweden,
  • Assisting with buying and selling properties in Moscow,
  • For the last 5 years I was leading our family real estate portfolio management.

Throughout my careers, I was constantly looking for systems to make my life easier and improve our clients’ and renters experiences, but found very few practical options.

In the end, I built my own tools, systems, and guides to take our real estate portfolio management to the next level.

Amokimi is my way to share with you the knowledge, resources and expertise I wish I’d had a decade ago.

Our Experience

We have worked in property management across the USA, Russia, Slovenia, and Sweden. Over the years, we have launched real estate projects from scratch, optimized workflows in family businesses, and managed various types of properties — from small apartments to large investment portfolios. We’ve gone through every stage, from finding the first tenants to implementing fully automated property management systems.
