Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data AMOKIMI processes when you visit amokimi.com or contact us, why, and what rights you have. It follows Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

The controller is AMOKIMI, izobraževanje in druge storitve, d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 106, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, registration number 9775706000. Contact us about privacy at andrey@amokimi.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer because the law does not require one for a business of our size and activity.

No cookies, no local storage

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser’s local storage. It loads no advertising, social media or video embeds, and no fonts from third parties. That is why you see no cookie banner.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, can set one strictly necessary security cookie if its systems need to check that a request is not an automated attack. Strictly necessary cookies do not need consent.

When you visit the website

Hosting and delivery. The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes connection data: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We do not keep server logs of our own. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not use visitor analytics yet. If we add a statistics tool, it will be cookieless and we will update this notice first.

When you email us or book a call

Email. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. Our email runs on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited). We use this information to answer you and, if you become a client, to provide our services.

Booking a call. The booking button opens a Google Calendar appointment booking page as a link; nothing from Google is embedded on our site. Google processes the name, email address and any notes you enter there, and we receive them to hold the meeting.

Legal basis: steps you ask for before a contract, and performing a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it. We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation or the client relationship continues, then delete it, unless tax or accounting law requires us to keep business records for longer.

Who receives your data

We share data only with the service providers named above, who process it for us under data processing agreements: Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Google (email and booking). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Cloudflare and Google are US companies and may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which both companies are certified, and on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Email andrey@amokimi.com and we will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Slovenian data protection authority: Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.

We make no decisions about you by automated means, and we do not profile visitors.

Visitors from the United States

We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not track visitors across other websites. Because there is no cross-site tracking, “Do Not Track” browser signals do not change how this site behaves. California residents can use the rights described above by emailing us.

We update this notice when our services or tools change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
